Quality Policy

Our company believes that the quality of its productive services in combination with the development of new innovative products, are the features that have qualified her at the consciousness of the demanding, in terms of quality, multinational customers. For us the needs and the demands of customers are an issue of first priority against anything else.

This is why “Entarco S.A.” considers quality as a basic and necessary condition for the promotion of its vision.

Also our company believes that the progressive and controlled approach of targets constitutes the best method for their achievement.

For these reasons we developed, applied and maintained a quality assurance system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard adapted to the way of our operation and capable of contributing to the continuous improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of our company.

The compliance with the legislation which relates to our products, processes, environment as well as the Hygiene and Security of our employees is our basic commitment.

The company sets annual quantified goals and commits to provide all necessary means (material and not) for the achievement of these goals, which reworks together with the quality policy.

However, in order to allow the system to yield, the cooperative participation of all workers of “ENTARCO S.A.” is needed. The company facilitates this participation to the maximum possible extent as it believes that its employees are an important asset and investment.

Therefore our company provides the appropriate motives and means of education and information to all people involved to the Quality Policy and to the Quality Management System, for an annual base achievement of continuous improvement of performance.
